To help Ascend One find and keep top talent, G.1440 mapped out a complete social media recruiting strategy – including the creation of a custom Facebook tab to help Ascend One make a professional impact and set the tone for its new community.

AscendOne employs over 800 people – with over 500 working from home across the country. Ascend One’s HR department reached out to G.1440’s online marketing team to create and implement a strategy to promote its unique career opportunities, support and empower Ascend One’s existing employees, and to create a network that can be tapped into to fill new openings.
